Make a complaint

In this form, you can make a formal complaint to the National Disabled Students’ Association.

Before making a complaint, we recommend letting an Executive of the NDSA know about your concerns to try and resolve it informally. The NDSA is committed to providing fair, equitable, and inclusive services, and we aim to resolve complaints in a manner that is safe and culturally competent for those involved.

All submissions from this form go to our Privacy Officer (available on our Executives page). If you would like to provide any files or other forms of evidence, please email these to the Privacy Officer (Privacy@NDSA.org.nz). If your complaint is about the current Privacy Officer, please contact the Co-Presidents or another member of the Executive.

Your complaint will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy, Privacy Policy, and Constitution. Please be aware that if you choose to remain anonymous to the respondent (if you are making a complaint against an individual), the NDSA may be unable to seek certain outcomes.

Please note this form is for complaints related to the NDSA. If you are seeking advocacy for making a complaint about an institution (such as where you learn), please use our ‘Contact us for advocacy’ form. If you wish to provide feedback, please contact us via our ‘General enquiries’ form.
